A floral workshop at the farm goes like this: farm tour + picking flowers straight from the field, you might not have a clue what you're doing 🤷‍♀️

But then our floral instructor takes over, and those flowers actually start giving bouquet 💐 Trim here, layer this, twist that, suddenly you have shape and structure, and you're like, "wait, I did that??"

Zero floral experience needed - we'll provide great flowers, great instruction and great vibes. Leave with a bouquet you made with your own two hands.

These White Lite sunflowers are such a cute combo of pastel yellows with some hints of green and orange in their centers. It immediately made me think of Isabelle from Animal Crossing (it's one of the only games my sisters and I could all agree on & you can grownflowers in the game!)

Weed Dating is happening at Flower Boy Farm on May 2, 3–5pm a community night for singles ages 30–50 who want to meet people the old fashioned way.

Here’s how it works: you’ll get a tour of the farm, meet your fellow weed daters, then get paired off for some light farm work: weeding, planting, that kind of thing. You’ll rotate regularly so you have a chance to meet everyone. Light refreshments provided.

This is a working farm, so wear something you can move in and close-toed shoes.

No flower expertise required!

It sucks to admit it, but a lot of plants I grow this year are gonna die — and that's okay!

I'm [foolishly] growing around 70 different types of flowers this year (nearly 200 colors & varieties in total), and all of them will need different care. Sunlight, water, nutrients, and temperature requirements differ for all of these! And especially for new ones I haven't grown before — like the sad cerinthe in this video — it'll be a learning experience to figure out how to grow them. Just gotta make sure we learn from the failures 🤘👨‍🌾
